Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced LMS Administrator responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's Learning Management System (LMS). The role involves administering user accounts, uploading and managing course content, generating reports, and ensuring smooth functioning of the LMS platform for learners, instructors, and administrators.
Key Responsibilities
LMS Administration
Manage and administer the organization’s Learning Management System.
Create and maintain user accounts, roles, and permissions.
Upload, manage, and organize digital learning content and courses.
Configure learning paths, certifications, and course enrollments.
Content Management
Upload and manage course materials such as videos, SCORM packages, PDFs, and assessments.
Ensure content compatibility with LMS standards such as SCORM and xAPI.
Coordinate with instructional designers and content teams for course updates.
User Support & Troubleshooting
Provide technical support to learners, instructors, and internal teams.
Resolve LMS-related technical issues and user queries.
Conduct training sessions for users on LMS features.
Reporting & Analytics
Generate reports on learner progress, course completion, and engagement metrics.
Monitor system performance and user activity.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve learning effectiveness.
System Maintenance
Perform system updates, backups, and regular maintenance.
Coordinate with IT teams and LMS vendors for upgrades and integrations.
Ensure system security and compliance with data policies.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems
Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integrations
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and LMS configuration
Excellent troubleshooting and technical support skills
Strong analytical and reporting abilities
Communication and stakeholder management skills

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education Technology, or related field
Certifications in LMS administration or instructional design are an advantage.
